Good view of the "veggie filter" location. The indentation area closest to the camera is the bio-filter area, which will be responsible for keeping the pond clean (read about it in our pond design list.) This also happened to be the location of the run-off area, which we designated as a "bog garden" and planted appropriately. |

Ares, my 15-year old American pit bull terrier. Dirty dog. He loved to be outside. Yes, he had actual papers. Yes that was before all of the hysteria about these very nice dogs. Yes if you write me and tell me that pit bulls are evil I will wish the fleas of 1,000 camels to invade your armpits. I loved that dog. Good boy, Ares. |
